Configuring SMTP to Send Emails

If you need to communicate with your customers via email, Prisma Campaigns can use either a regular SMTP server or Mailgun as delivery channel to send campaign messages via email. To setup the former, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure you have access to a mail server that can send messages to external domains.

  2. In Prisma Campaigns, go to Settings/Mail Setup and enter the host name, the port where the mail service is listening, the user credentials, and indicate if the connection should be done over SSL:

  3. Finally, save the changes.
