Allowing for Canceling Campaign Subscriptions

When a campaign uses email as an outbound channel, it’s usually mandatory to include a way for canceling the subscription according to each country’s regulations. This is done on a campaign basis in Prisma.

  1. Go to Campaigns and click on the campaign of interest.

  2. Select Settings from the top right:

  3. Select the Unsubscribe & Dismiss tab:

  4. Check the Allow unsubscription checkbox.

  5. Select a criterion from the Unsubscribe From list:

Option Description
Only from Category All campaigns matching this category
Only from Group All campaigns matching this group
Only this campaign All future communications from the current campaign
Category and Group All future communications from the current campaign and group

Through the Channels dropdown (see above), you can further restrict whether to unsubscribe from all outbound communications or only from specific channels (email, SMS, push notifications, to name a few examples).
