Prisma Campaigns allows you to reach your customers economically and effectively with a high return on investment via email. To achieve this goal, two delivery methods are available:

  • Mailgun is an email delivery provider that solves many of the problems associated with bulk mailing and is the option recommended by Prisma Campaigns.

  • Using a proprietary SMTP server requires the client’s mail server to send the messages, with the mail server administrator being responsible for all the problems associated with sending and delivery.

During your implementation of Prisma Campaigns, you must first define whether you need to use bulk mailing. If so, you will also have to determine the channel to be used.

Depending on the plan you have contracted with Prisma Campaigns, message delivery through Mailgun may be included in the cost.
