Creating Your First Campaign

The process of setting up a campaign in Prisma for the first time involves a sequence of steps that should preferably be followed in the established order. For the campaign to work correctly, make sure you have gone through the Prisma Configuration flow previously, so that you have the information, channels and integration required to deploy your campaign.

The minimum steps suggested for its correct configuration are those described in the following table. Following the numerals, you will be able to complete all the areas for a successful configuration of your first campaign in the tool.

  1. Pick your audience: The segments are a subset or logical groupings of the total number of clients hosted in the tool. It is to these segments that the campaign to be created will be directed.

  2. Design your message: Campaigns has multiple channels which you can use to reach your customer. These channels are turned on individually and in each one you can design the message / content you want.

  3. Accomplish goals: Once the client enters the campaign, you must define the steps that they must go through until they reach the end and achieve the conversion.
