A Web Service Execution Fails

When the conversion funnel interacts with web services, the execution may fail due to receiving wrong parameters or some other reason.
Troubleshooting Guide
- Validate that the funnel execution is not generating errors
- Validate that the published version of the funnel contains the correct specification

Within the Operations/Funnel Debugger section, we can find the funnel actions for the campaign we are interested in. You will see the funnel steps with details on the results for the web services cases:

On the other hand, the image below shows a 500 (internal server error) response with an associated message and its causes:
Validate that the published version of the funnel contains the correct specification
If you update the funnels but fail to publish them, this generates inconsistencies in the execution. For this reason, you should always validate that you publish the funnel in question correctly.
